Coastal Walking Trail
Join Pat on his daily hike from Fisher Street in Doolin to the Cliffs of Moher visitor centre. Learn about the history
and folklore of the area along with information about the local flora and fauna. Pat is a local historian and walking enthusiast
and is passionate about the rural lifestyle enjoyed by five generations of his family who have farmed in this area.
The early walk starts at 10am each morning from Fisherstreet, Doolin towards the visitor centre. A second walk starts at the
visitor centre at 2pm and is a down hill trek towards Doolin. The walk takes approximately 3 hours, is not too difficult, a reasonable
level of fitness is required and is well worth the effort for the spectacular views from over 200m above sea level.
You can also add to your experience with a cruise along the base of the Cliffs of Moher with
Doolin2Aran Ferries.
